Welcome to Facility Reservation Requests with Andrews ISD

Andrews ISD is excited to introduce FMX for all facility reservation requests. Whether you're a new user or returning, our streamlined process ensures efficient booking for your events and gatherings.

Register for your FMX account using the link below. Once registered, you'll receive an email confirmation once your account is approved.

Register for an Account

Existing Users:

1.Login to FMX: Access your account using the link below.
2. Check Availability:
  • Utilize the Calendar feature to review facility availability. Filter options help narrow down your search based on specific buildings or resource locations.
3. Submit Your Request:
  • Click on "New Request" at the top right corner to open a new request form. Complete the necessary details and submit your request. An estimated cost will be provided upon submission.
4. Approval Notification:
  • Once your request is reviewed, you'll receive an email confirming approval or denial.
5. Payment Process:
  • If your request is approved, you'll receive an invoice via email. All payments must be made online, as we do not accept cash payments.
